- Abstract
The article analyzes the different microphysical, optical, and radiative properties of aerosol during the severe fires in Central Russia. It reveals that volume aerosol size distribution in smoke conditions have bimodal character with the significant prevalence with significant prevalence of fine mode aerosol particles which are effective radius shifted to higher values. It also observes the attenuation of solar irradiance at ground in cloudless but smoky conditions.
