- Abstract
The article focuses on the study on the discovery and effectiveness of energy supply processes in illustrating the bacterial growth and energy substrates condition of thermophilic bacteria of the genus sulfobacillus. The sulfobacillus bacteria are family of alicyclobacillaceae which are capable of using mineral and organic compounds as energy sources and electron donors. The primary purpose of the study is to explore biological assays in thermophilic species S. sibiricus N1T[4] and S. thermosulfidooxidans 1269T and to enlighten the factors for growth cessation under auto-and heterotrophic conditions. The study concludes that the changes in the energetic characteristics are the same in the thermotolerant and thermophilic sulfobacillus.
