- Abstract
In article the video stream balanced processing technology for decrease in information intensity of infocommunication systems is created. It is justified shortcomings of intraframe syntax coding methods of the predicted frames for information processing technologies and video stream transmission. It is justified basic approaches for enhancement of transforms syntax coding technologies with formation of the discrete line items identifiers space of the two-dimensional structural-spectral description. Effective syntax representation of the transformed segments of P-type frames on the basis of one-dimensional double-base object and positional coding in the conditions of conjugate elements flexible inequality is developed. Creation of non-uniform length contextdependent identifier vector reconstruction of the DPS space method is explained.
