- Abstract
The article discusses the simulation method MIROC general circulation model used in the climate model Pliocene Model Intercomparison Project (PlioMIP). It explores the atmosphere-ocean general circulation model (AOGCM) as the MIROC to simulate the mid-Pliocene warm period (mPWP) of climate models from 3.3-3.0 million years ago. It reports that the climate in the mid-Pliocene period corresponds to the 21st century climate by general ciculation models.
