The article provides an overview of cybernetic hypothesis which points to a specific epistemological regime in which systems or networks bring human and non-human actors together through mutual communication and control. It mentions that Tiqqun understand the cybernetic hypothesis as a new type of social management that includes human and non-human assets, along with behaviorism, cognitivism, and rational choice theory.
