Abstract
The article discusses the inherent differences in scientific ability between men and women. The author inferred that a lot of people from both sexes are highly gifted but only a few pursue a career in science because of untapped opportunities. The author believed that the real reason for the decreasing number of women in the field of science is sociological. Thus, the author encouraged that fathers should also engage in parenting and mothers should return to work.
