- Abstract
In this article the authors offer their view on disciplinary appeal rights to high-ranking authorities and limitation of rights to substitute directors in the U.S. parliament. They mention the possible provision of appeal rights by a local union's bylaws either for the accused and the charging party or rules of a superior body within the federal structure. They also points out the idea of restricting the rights of the said directors particularly in a voluntary association.
