- Abstract
The article presents a series of case studies on the injuries of the first metatarsophalangeal (hallux MP) joint in male collegiate athletes. Topics discussed include the nonsurgical rehabilitation for MP injuries, the treatment of the plantar plate injury through various methods which include plantar flexion taping, Lachman test, and CAM boot, and the postoperative rehabilitation and treatment for the injuries.
