- Title
In defence of an argument for Evans's principle: a rejoinder to Vahid.
- Authors
Williams, John N.
- Abstract
The article comments on an argument for Evan's principle citing two objections raised by Hamid Vahid against the argument depicting the circumstance, belief and justifications. Vahid thinks that C" is highly implausible, since there will be beliefs of arbitrarily many orders that are impossible to entertain, further claiming that I' would be true for precisely the same reason that Williams offers in support of the first premise of the original argument.
