- Abstract
The article discusses the relationship between chronic coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) and reduced flow across the microvasculature. It challenges the purported link between the two and suggests that acute CSFP may not be extrapolatable to chronic CSFP. The article also raises questions about the diagnosis and treatment of CSFP, highlighting the complexity of coronary hemodynamics. Overall, the article provides insights into the understanding and management of CSFP.
