- Abstract
The article presents information on the psychological study used for measuring mental ability and the need of ramifications of admissions tests which are unable to predict the future academic performance of the applicants. A focus is on the need of intelligence theory and the several tests used for measuring mental ability including Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) and Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).
