Watching Phoenix.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration's (NASA's) phoenix spacecraft. Three Mars orbiters were lined up to monitor the landing of the spacecraft. The European Space Agency (ESA) adjusted the Mars express orbit so that the Phoenix's planned trajectory could be clearly visible. Two other spacecrafts, Mars Odyssey and Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, were set up for the monitoring purpose.
