- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35-year old man presented for chills, fever, tiredness, and abdominal pain for three weeks. The patient had an aortic valve replacement and on anticoagulant treatment with warfarin. Further laboratory findings indicated that the patient suffered fatal endocarditis due to suttonella indologenes and complication of splenic infarction and lethal intracranial hemorrhage.
