- Abstract
The article discusses the proposed use of the Internet to facilitate American child custody and parenting arrangements as of 2012, and it mentions legal remedies, the concept of virtual visitations involving the Internet, and issues related to parental relocation. U.S. divorce judgments and child support obligations are examined, along with the use of email, instant messaging, and other Internet tools in order to provide contact between noncustodial parents and their children.
