- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Rice v. Cayetano, in which the court addressed constitutional challenges to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs' (OHA) trustee voter classifications in the unincorporated U.S. territories of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) and Guam. Topics discussed include 1950 Organic Act of Guam, Davis v. Commonwealth Election Commission, and rights of indigenous peoples in the United Nations.
