- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 6-year-old boy with the complaint of foulsmelling breath and a fever. Previous history documented two occurrence of tonsillitis. Inspection of the left nares revealed an unknown object obstructing the passage's normal patency. Further examination revealed a small pocket of pus to the posterior aspect of the left nares. After the examination, patient was given antibiotics in an oral formulation and as a nasal ointment.
