Construction of postgraduate assessment indicators system for Master of Nursing Specialist.

- Abstract
Objective: To construct the postgraduate assessment indicators system for Master of Nursing Specialist (MNS), in order to provide a reference for the establishment of postgraduate training programs for MNS in nursing colleges. Methods: Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds expert consultation on experts from 11 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions, in 45 nursing areas including education, management, and clinic. The hierarchical model was established by analytic hierarchy process. The judgment matrix was constructed and the weight of each index was calculated. Results: There were totally 3 credits of ideological and moral quality assessment, 2 5 credits for theoretical knowledge assessment including 17 credits for compulsory courses and 8 credits for elective courses; 12 credit for comprehensive clinical practice ability. Conclusions: The postgraduate assessment indicators system for MNS was constructed with 3 primary indexes and 13 secondary indexes.
