- Abstract
The article discusses the issue of implementing departmentalism by the U.S. government in conducting constitutional review. The author presents the two kinds of constitutional review in the country, which are judicial and presidential, and explores their intention in the field of departmental constitutional review. It also discusses how departmentalism results to the development of a system of deductive judicial supremacy.
