- Abstract
The authors comment on a study which explores the self-paced VO2max test (SPV). Topics discussed include the use of linear mixed effect model in examining the interaction between test and age on SPV, the use of different cycle ergometers in the study for the SPV and RAMP protocols, and the misinterpretation of the researchers on the current and previous SPV studies.
