- Abstract
The author examines developments in research on genomically guided cancer treatments. She discusses the application of flexible trial designs using many different treatments for cancer. She also comments on a study which indicated a need for evidence of the effect of a particular mutation, fusion or copy number alteration of a tumor on the progress of the malignancy in order to adequately develop precision oncology.
