Title
Domestic violence: Not always one sided.
Abstract
The article focuses on a U.S. survey which revealed that intimate partner violence is often more complicated and may involve both women and men as perpetrators. Participants answered questions regarding instances of violence between them and their partners. Twenty-five percent of women respondents admitted perpetrating more violence than men did. According to the study authors, most intimate partner violence should not be equated with severe battering.
