- Abstract
The Bulgarian universities function for over 20 years in market economy conditions; the principles of the market demand define the educational product. The country gradually withdraws subsidies from all professional fields and redirects them to priority areas which force the universities to seek alternative competitive advantages that the students will find attractive towards the educational product the university offers. The prepositions in question in this analysis has the purpose of revealing the advantages and disadvantages of the educational service at the University “Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov” Burgas with the help of a survey regarding the satisfactions and attitudes of the students, studying for the education degree of Professional Bachelor, Bachelor and Master. The marketing survey of the satisfactions and attitudes of the present students in the University have been conducted via on-line consultation to 240 respondents and the results have been processed using the SPSS software product.
