The author reflects on the role of physicians as teachers. He mentions that the main concept for the role of doctor in teaching is to respect for everyone including patients, nursing staff and medical students. It states that the physicians' thoughts and actions are being watched every time including the dressing style, punctuality and behavior with the personnel. It suggests that physicians should update their knowledge by engaging them in the continuing medical education (CME) program.
