- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of reflection in improving the quality of teaching criminal law. The author states that he had time to reflect on his teaching approach during an ice storm in Fayetteville, Arkansas in January 2009. The author cites that reflection has encouraged him to use a detailed class-by-class journal to prepare for writing his next syllabus. The author adds that reflection has made him committed to search for ways to improve the delivery of the course material.
