- Abstract
The article discusses the view that judicial integrity serves as a justification for the exclusionary rule under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. It contends that the exclusionary rule is the only viable remedy for violations under the Fourth Amendment. It explores the nature of hypocrisy particularly judicial hypocrisy as well as the nature of integrity. Furthemore, it explains why the elimination of the exclusionary rule equates to judicial corruption.
