- Abstract
With the development of science & technology and medicine, medicine has entered the microscopic cell stage of tissue and organ research. However, with the large-scale application of digital medical devices in clinical medicine and the rapid spread of computer technology in the medical field, the massive growth of medical microscopic image data has made the effective use of medical microscopic image resources become a challenge. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of medical microscopic images' automatic labeling and classification, using different relatively independent classification framework methods to extract various features of medical microscopic images, and carry out experimental analysis in the evaluation of coronary artery atherosclerosis plaque. The experimental results show that among the various classification methods, Using uniform quadrilateral method and medical microscopic image classification algorithm based on multiple features classification framework can improve the accuracy of image classification very well. can improve the efficiency of medical microscopic images. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional medical microscopic image classification algorithm, the medical microscopic image classification method proposed in this paper has a significant improvement in accuracy.
