Abstract
The author discusses aspects of the party conference season in Great Britain. It states that the Liberal Democrats has agreed for Tory Party support for free school meals for all infant school children to helps large numbers of people even though they are not students paying tuition fees. The author suggests that the half billion pound cost of the programme will not help the poorest at austerity time.
