- Abstract
The article investigates the effectiveness of a Home Exercise Program for Older People (HEPOP) in combating frailty among older adults during the Covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath in Japan. Topics include the impact of reduced activity levels during the pandemic, the design and implementation of the HEPOP regimen targeting physical and cognitive aspects, and the significant improvement in physical function observed among participants.
