- Abstract
This is a report about an experience, that began in 2015, on the self-evaluation process regarding the Pedagogical Project of the undergraduate Nutrition Course, in the Federal University of Goias. Structuring Teacher Core proposed three research axes: teaching methodology of disciplines; learning assessment strategies used in disciplines and curriculum model in relation to the recommended by the National Guidelines and Inducing Policies of health professionals training in Brazil. This report addresses the third axis of assessment, which resulted in a skill and competency matrix, having as a guide a National Skills/Competencies Consensus for nutritionists working in the realm of the public health. The final result is a matrix,resulting from discussions among the course teachers on the required student expertise, regarding cognitive and attitudinal abilities, during their training to work in food and nutrition.
