- Abstract
The article evaluates the court case "Woods v. Progressive Mutual Insurance Co.," related to uninsured motorist. In this case, the court ruled that where claim arose as a result of an accident between the vehicle in which decedent was a passenger and a bulldozer propelled and operated on crawler treads, claimant was eligible to recover under uninsured motorist endorsement, notwithstanding exclusion in endorsement definition of uninsured vehicle of a land motor vehicle or trailer if operated on rails or crawler treads.
