- Abstract
The article presents the case study of 32-year-old male electrician with work-related high-voltage electrical injury. Topics include developed tissue necrosis that affected his hand up to both the extensor and flexor compartments of his distal forearm; and elevated interstitial pressure reduces the blood flow to otherwise healthy tissues, causing irreparable harm that requires amputation.
