- Abstract
The article discusses the judgment of the European Court of Justice (Third Chamber) on several food-related issues such as the food supplements, processing aids and free movement of goods in cases C-446/08 and C-333/08. It mentions several Directive 2002/46/EC articles that were used in the first case including Articles 28 EC, 30 EC and 5. It presents two rulings for the second case such as the failure of France to fulfill its obligations under Article 28 EC and the order to pay the costs.
