- Abstract
The article describes the case of an HIV-infected patient who presented with atypical retinal appearances due to isolated ocular lymphoma several months before the development of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) which had a fulminant clinical course. Ocular examination showed slightly reduced visual acuity. The early diagnosis of PCNSL is vital in order to be able to offer appropriate therapy and an improved chance of survival.
