- Abstract
The article explores the implications of cyberwarfare for critical infrastructure sectors particularly in the U.S. Such sectors include the energy sector, transportation systems and the banking industry. The electric grid and the characteristics of cybersecurity are discussed. Also discussed are the existing regulations and laws on cybersecurity and the policy components with potential to offer solution which include responsibility and leadership, emergency powers and international cooperation.
