- Abstract
The article examines the cost and ethical aspects of law education in the U.S. Whether intellectually ambitious, legal education in the nation is said to cost money since it is mostly paid by relatively high tuition fees. At the start of 1980, the tuition costs of legal education in the U.S. have risen dramatically, both for private and public law schools. However, part of the tuition fees goes to the salaries of law professors and are considered the major operating expenses of a law school.
