Abstract
The author discusses the response of the Great Britain's government to the proposal made by the House of Commons Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs Committee (EFRACom) concerning dog control and welfare. The author notes that the agency was highly critical of the government's proposed legislation for dealing with dangerous dogs. The development of the Home Office legislation is also discussed.
