- Abstract
The article reports on the publication of the guidance on the enforcement of dangerous dogs legislation by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) in Great Britain. The guidance offers an overview of the key issues of the legislation that would rule to control dogs and explains how the legislation deals with incidents involving dangerous dogs. It also includes responsibilities of the several individuals and agencies that are enforcing the legislation.
