In the article, the author discusses issues in federal contracting disputes or lawsuits in the U.S. and their possible solutions. Other topics include how aggrieved parties can file a bid protest with the Court of Federal Claims (COFC) and Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for non-jury civil cases under the COFC, and a sample case of failed awarding of contract by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
