- Abstract
The article explores the types of photographers according to their relationship to photographic technology, as well as the technical enabling factors. The experimenter extends existing capabilities, probes the mechanism of phenomena and finds easier ways to do known things. The Amateur works the process for the enjoyment of it, not to provide a livelihood, while the professional derives a livelihood from photography. Meanwhile, the various technical enabling factors for photography include chemical enabling factors, optical enabling factors, and mechanical and electronic enabling factors.
