- Abstract
The article discusses what the author refers to as Indiana's failure to fully compensate and indemnify individuals who are victims of wrongful incarceration as of 2015, and it mentions Indiana's liability for unjust imprisonments, as well as compensation legislation and statutes in the state. Ex-Indiana State Police officer David Camm's trial and wrongful imprisonment are examined, along with false convictions, exonerations, legal remedies, and the integrity of the U.S. criminal justice system.
