- Abstract
The article presents information on the Lord's order to Noah, a Biblical character, to create another ark to save two of every living thing. After six month, the lord found Noah helpless and unable to create the ark. Noah couldn't build the ark because of violation of zoning law and some restrictions offered by the government on nature preservation. Noah said to the Lord that they had to abide by the law of Environmental Protection Agency and Human Right Commission. Finally, the Lord decided not to destroy the world as he was afraid of being beaten by the government.
