The article focuses on sterilization probe after 11 years of complaints. A surgeon told that he used duct tape more than once to repair broken instruments during surgeries. The newspaper "Same-Day Surgery," also reported that hair, bone, and dried blood in instruments covered in blood were found when sterile technicians' lockers were searched at one hospital.
