The article focuses on the laws made for regulating the searches of cell phones for arresting the accused. Topics discussed include importance of telephonic records in investigating the charges against the accused, role of changing numbers frequently in masking the identity and the importance of seizing mobiles for search incident to arrest (SIA) and getting the expert testimony against the imposed charges.
