The article presents quotes from noteworthy people who commented on the outlook for an African American President of the United States. The quote of U.S. Senator from Mississippi Byron P. Harrison was made in 1921. The quote from radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh was made in 2008 and published in British newspaper. The views of black separatist Marcus Garvey are from the 1923 book "Aims and Objects of the Movement for Solution of Negro Problem." The 2008 election prediction of Vedic astrologer A. P. Rao is noted.
