- Abstract
The article offers tips prepared by Next Generation Science Standards for the teachers to help the students to understand the complex science text by English language learners. Topics of discussion includes use of nominalizations and connecting words and their role they play in creating scientific meaning. Making use of Interactive editing strategy that includes short meaningful text, chorally reading the text and making notes of keywords and using translational chart.
