- Abstract
They did a retrospective analysis of patients treated with hypofractionated radiotherapy (60Gy/25#/5 weeks) versus accelerated radiotherapy (70Gy/35#/6 weeks) versus conventional concurrent chemoradiotherapy. The UK Standardisation of breast Radiotherapy (START) trials of radiotherapy hypofractionation for treatment of early breast cancer: 10-year follow-up results of two randomised controlled trials. Early breast cancer patients needing whole breast or chest wall radiotherapy following initial surgery were studied in this trial.
