- Abstract
This article discusses the research on the questionnaire method of developing position descriptions as directed by two solution of general objectives. The common objective has been to provide information on characteristic job acts and psychological requirements in combination, within a criterion-development program. Hence, a check list of clerical functions was developed using conventional job description information of a wide variety of positions and the knowledge of clerical positions obtained through experience in job analysis.
