- Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the total quality practices applied in the municipality of Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipality to the satisfaction of the personnel working in the municipality and their commitment to the organization. In the study conducted on 301 personnel, it was determined that the employee satisfaction perception affects the TQM practices positively and significantly, and the perception of employee loyalty to the organization has a positive and significant effect on TQM practices. In Turkey, employee satisfaction survey available in many metropolitan municipalities and finding that the TQM practices implemented in organizations that commitment to research the impact of the acquired property and is believed to contribute to the literature.
