- Abstract
The article presents U.S. legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of channels of distribution. In reference to relations between buyers and sellers the Engine Specialties Inc. et al. v. Bombadier et al. case is cited. The U.S. Fifth District Court found that Bombadier illegally conspired against Engine Specialties Inc. with Agrati. Norman E. Krehl et al. v. Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Co. et al. considered the conditions under which a franchisor may set total requirements purchases and allocate territories.
