- Abstract
This paper presents a multi-criteria assessment model hotel services because of the quality of services, taking into account the validity of individual criteria. Adopted variables are fuzzy because of the possibility to take into account the uncertainty as to the value assessments. This model enables identification of those hotels that meet the highest degree of customer expectations.
